Address and ensure all staff have been properly trained on how to set up use and test water at the 3 bay sink. Sink is to be set up band tested prior to the re-inspection being conducted. Fryer baskets observed to be heavily soiled. Clean to remove. Fryer oil observed to be very dark and murky. Ensure fryer is being changed on a routine basis and more based on the amount of useage.
