Inspector note: At the handwashing sink across from the three compartment sink the paper towel dispenser is out of paper towels and cannot be restocked as the hotel no longer buys that product; the person in charge states they will replace the dispenser unit entirely with one that is in stock on site. Handwashing sinks must always be equipped with an approved hand drying device and be fully stocked.
