Please clean and have pest control come back out.Inspections should be more than each month until problem is taken care of. Traps should be checked each day and reset and baited if needed. 4-3-25 At this time could not find a copy of the pest control report from the last week. Please email me a copy to review before I can pass this inspection.

Repairing-Premises Structures Attachments and Fixtures-Methods (C)Inspector note: One of the fans in the basement walk in not working and fan cover missing. Walk in is holding food below 40F at this time. 4-3-25 The fan is working in the walk and temperature is in the proper range. PIC stated that the fan cover is on order.
