Discontinue using unit until repaired to maintain product temperature at 41F or below. PIC relocated sauces and potatoes in cooling stpe made one hour prior to alternative working walk in cooler on sight. Unit holding mostly produce and sheld stable sauces. Provide report from refrigeration maintenance company upon reinspection.
