Unit was functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Basement walk-in cooler does not appear to be operating at the optimal temperature of below 41F triggering the alarm on the control box. Address and make any necessary repairs. Food termperatures were slightly elevated at the time of the inspection (45F). Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temeprature of below 41F. Several light were out in the basement preparation room. Replace.
