Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Single door upright freezer in the basement does not appear to be operating properly and foods ssem to be defrosting. Address and discontinue use unless the freezer is able to work properly. Foods inside of the unit were still partially frozen. PIC stated that the unit was in fact working properly but the door was not closed tight at the end of the last shift.
