Cheese was removed at the time of the inspection. Olives and artichokes in open air cooler with elevated temperatures of 50F. PIC stated they had been put in the unit around 3hrs. prior. All potentially hazardous foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a refrigeration unit to maintain a temperature below 41F.
