    Inspector note: Portion of freezers storing frozen french fries and vegetables appears to be leaking. Address and make any necessary repairs. Units were operating properly at the time of the inspection. Freezers storing All Natural burgers appears nto be leaking. Address adn make any necesssary repairs. Unit was operating properly at the time of the visit. Card board being used to line storage shelves in the Deli walk-in cooler. Discontinue and ensure all surfaces remain cleanable durable and smooth. Small open air cooler (Primo Taglio) storing pre-sliced deli meats is leaking. Address and make any necessary repairs. Unit was operating below 41F at the time of the inspection. First set of fans inside of the walk-in freezer does not appear to be operating at the time of the visit. Technician was called at the time of the visit and repairs have been scheduled to be completed.

    Inspector note: Small quarts of ice cream with excess frost and icce build uip on them. Address clean to remove and defrost. Excess moisture observed on several area's where the isles of freezers are located. Clean to remove. Several cases of ice cream inside of the walk-in freezer appears to be defrosted and soft. All other products inside of the unit were solid at the time of the visit.
