Units were operating properly at the time of the inspection. Freezers storing All Natural burgers appears to be leaking. Address adn make any necesssary repairs. Unit was operating below 41F at the time of the inspection. First set of fans inside of the walk-in freezer does not appear to be operating at the time of the visit. Technician installed one set of belts and unit was operating properly. Second set of belts are schedled to be installed on 8/11/2022.

Excess moisture observed on several area's where the isles of freezers are located. Clean to remove. Several cases of ice cream inside of the walk-in freezer appears to be defrosted and soft. All other products inside of the unit were solid at the time of the visit.
