Adequate Handwashing/Where/When/HowcriticalInspector note: Observed multiple food handlers not washing hands. Leaving work station and returning to work area wearing disposable gloves. Observed cooks on cooking line multitasking wearing disposable gloves. Observed cook on line cracking raw eggs wiped hands on cloth towel and resumed duties. All food handlers must be propely trained in proper glove use and hand washing procedures (when where and how to wash hands and use disposable gloves). At time of re-inspection voilation was still existing. In addition I observed the Chef dipping hands in sanitizing solution and wiping hands on uniform.
