Wonton's were voluntarily discarded at the time of the inspection. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at below 41F. Garlic and oil mixture observed being left out on counter top at room temperature. Discontinue and ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at below 41F.
