The representative from the health division primed the dish machine's sanitizer line during the inspection. The machine was operating properly after the representative properly primed the unit. However the sanitizer line did not appear to be capable of holding the prime over time. The unit should have been serviced as soon as the staff identified the issue and prior to the inspection.
