Failed findings

  • Food Utensil Storage
Inspector note: The basement ice scoop was stored on top of one of the ice machines. The scoop should be stored in the ice or within a container that can routinely be cleaned and sanitized. It was moved to a sanitzed pail.
    code 10-3-304.12* · lower-severity findingstatus: Fail
  • Installed and Maintained
Inspector note: A slight odor was noted within the street side of the bar area and basement. Upon investigation it appears that the hood system is placing the building interior under a negative pressure drawing gases from the sump pumps and basement plumbing features into the occupied areas of the building. The plumbing should be inspected for dry elbows or breaks. Once the source of the odor is identified a remedy should be provided to eliminate the odor source.
    code 29-5-201/02.11* · lower-severity findingstatus: Fail
