Thawing (C)Inspector note: 15 Cases of uncooked breadsticks in the dry goods area when on box says KEEP FROZEN. PIC showed me Procedures stating they can leave at room temperature. - Provide the information where it's no danger keep the raw bread product out of freezer and the step by step processes 11/25/22- Raw Steak enclosed inside of ROP type bag being thawed in a soiled prep sink- Discontinue thawing inside of prep sink to properly that slit the bag place on hotel pan and thaw under refrigeration.
