  Inspector note: Pest control inspects each Wednesday. Please walk around with them and point out what we found. Patch holes in the walla and the ceiling. Please do a deep cleaning of the kitchen and the basement. Along the walls we found droppings. PIC will need to address the repairs needed that are noted in the report. 10-14-25 PIC will need to continue with the cleaning and have pest control inspect more often if that what it will take to get the issue under control. Please send me any reports goind forward.
