Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Pest control inspects each Wednesday. Please walk around with them and point out what we found. Patch holes in the walla and the ceiling. Please do a deep cleaning of the kitchen and the basement. Along the walls we found droppings. PIC will need to address the repairs needed that are noted in the report. 10-14-25 PIC will need to continue with the cleaning and have pest control inspect more often if that what it will take to get the issue under control. Please send me any reports goind forward.

Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to patch holes in the walls and ceiling in the basement. 10-14-25 PIC has patched up a lot of holes. Please continue to fill in any holes and gaps in the ceiling and walls. Work with pest control inspector and see what he would like done as well.
