Conformance w/ Approved ProcedurescriticalInspector note: The HACCP plan has not been reviewed since 2013. Properly train the employees and submit an updated HACCP plan. The lab test done in December is testing at 4.21 submit the HACCP plan to the health department and verify that this is acceptable. The readings on the pH meter were jumping around a lot. Repair meter so it provide consistent calibration and testing results.
