Inspector note: box of open home use mouse bait on ledge at base of floor remove immediately and use onle professional pest control. PIC reports that Typhoon uses Pestex and that service is ever other week however there are numerous ares where there are many mouse droppings and sanitation issues which need to be addressed in order to mitigate the mouse problem. Contact pest control operator and follow all sanitation and repair recommendations. • many areas where there are mouse droppings along the edges of walls and under beside and behind equipment.Clean to remove all and provide proper pest control.
