Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Gaskets around the doors of the open air salad cooler. Not sealing properly and allowing cold air to be released. Address and make any necessary repairs. 2 Door deli style cooler with an elevated temperature of approximately 48F. Discontinue using the unit if it is unable to maintain a temperature below 41F. PIC removed all foods at the time of the inspection.

Interior of the upper stacked oven with excess carbon build-up. Clean to remove. Several storage shelves inside of the walk-in cooler visibly soiled and with food debris. Clean to remove.
