    Inspector note: Observed mice dropping on top of the can goods salsa in aisle Aisle 5. Clean/sanitize all can goods to remove rodent droppings. Observed card board boxes being used to store can goods in Aisle 5. Remove all card board boxes.

  • Controlling Pests (Pf)
    Inspector note: Evidence of rodent droppings under the chip display in front of the store on and under the shelving in Aisle 2 (dog food) Aisle 5 ( chip aisle) under the bread display at the end of Aisle 5 in the walk in room leading into the refrigeration unit on the floor inside the walk in refrigeration unit and on the floor in the back loading deck area. Contact the licensed extermination company and provide us a detailed IPM report. The last extermination was conducted 12/11/24 and 12/02/24. Both reports state no activity. I am seeing a lot of activity. Also the traps are not set properly against the wall under the shelvings. Ensure all traps are set properly to help with the rodent problem. Remove all chips from the shelving inspect the bags to make sure the bags have not been punctured clean/sanitize the shelving to remove rodent droppings. Do the same in the dog food aisle.

Observed items and debris under the shelving throughout the food aisles. Sweep/Clean and remove any items under the shelvings. Observed items on the floor in the walk in refrigeration aisle and freezer unit. Sweep/Clean floors to remove debris and items. Observed items and debris in the room before entering the walk in refrigeration unit. Sweep/clean floors to remove debris and items. Observed debris and rodent droppings under the chip display in the front of the store. Sweep/clean floors to remove debris and rodent droppings.
