    Inspector note: Evidence of rodent droppings under the chip display/and behind the small refrigerators in front of the store under the bread shelving at the end of Aisle 5. Recommended moving the floor displays sweep and cleaning the floors to remove all new/old rodent droppings. PIC was able to provide 1 updated IPM reports. Dated 12/18/24. Burgess Pest Management sent out David (Supervisor) for the next 2 inspections Dec 23rd Dec 27th. PIC was able to provide emails from those inspections but is still waiting on the IPM reports. A call was placed to Burgess Pest Management at the time of the re inspection. PIC stated that the inspections moving forward are scheduled for once a week. Pest Reports will be uploaded and attached to the the permit number.
