Product removed placed in a metal pan and put into the walkin at 38F -Noodles for ramen being stored on the table at thecooking station at 70F. Per the product labeling the noodles shall be held refrigerated or frozen. Discontinue storing product on the counter in ambient temperatures. Product was placed in the refrigeration next to the cooking area- Refrigeration at 37F
