Floors Designed Constructed InstalledInspector note: clean stairs leading to basement. Clean landing where oil barrels are kept. Raemove heavy buildup of grease on staircase and landing. Clean floor throughout the basement. Raemove heavy buildup of debris. Clean floor throughout the dishroom the mop sink area all prep areas and the service area. Focus on areas under behind and around all tables equiopment and shelving. Repair damaged floor tiles on floor of the kitchen area the dishroom and the service area. At multiple sopts the red floor tiles are damaged and losse on the floor. Repair or replace damaged floor tiles at the service area.
