    Inspector note: FOUND 100 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON PREMISES. OBSERVED 15 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE WALK-IN COOLER USED TO STORE SODA, 20 IN THE CORNER ON THE FLOOR BY THE WALK-IN COOLER, 25 IN THE STORAGE ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR IN REAR KITCHEN AND 40 THROUGHOUT LARGE BASEMENT. ALSO FOUND A DEAD MOUSE ON THE FLOOR OF THE BASEMENT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS WHERE DROPPINGS OBSERVED AND TO REMOVE DEAD MOUSE FROM FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 ISSUED.
