REAR FAR WALL OF BASEMENT AND INSIDE CAGE AREA WITH APPROX 15-20 DROPPINGS, OBSERVED APPRX 10-15 DROPPINGS IN BASEMENT BREAK ROOM BEHIND COUNTER WHERE MICROWAVE IS LOCATED (SEAL REAR OPENING), APPROX 15-20 DROPPINGS IN THE SAME AREA IN THE CAGE (BOOSTER HEATER) OBSERVED APPROX 5-10 DROPPINGS LEFT OF THE WOODEN CAGE LOCATED NEAR THE MOP SINK ROOM WHERE FLOOR MACHINES ARE KEPT (REMOVE CLUTTER), OBSERVED APPRX 10-15 DROPPINGS LOWER POTAO CHIP ILSE AND OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF NAWING IN BREAD ON LOWER BREAD SHELVING. INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL AND HAVE A SERVICE BEFORE RETURN DATE OF 9/7/2022 WITH PROOF OF SERVICE LOG. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED. • OBSERVED OVER 30 WATER BUG INSECTS ON FLOOR AND STUCK TO GLUE TRAPS IN THE BASEMENT AREA INSIDE AND OUT SIDE THE MECHANICAL ROOM AND INSIDE OF THE SILE STORAGE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS AND REMOVE GLUE TRAPS FILLED WITH INSECTS.
