CONTAINER IS TOUCHING THE RAW SQUID,INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO STORE RAW FOODS FROM COOKED FOODS IN A SEPARATE COOLER AND PROVIDE COVER FOR ALL CONTAINER. MANAGER PROVIDED COVER FOR THE SAID PRODUCT AND STORED THE SAID PRODUCT SEPARATELY IN FRONT OF ME. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS.
