ALSO OBSERVED THE BACK SCREEN DOOR WITH SEVERAL LARGE AREAS WHERE THE SCREEN IS TORN AND PATCHED WITH CARDBOARD. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE CARDBOARD, REPAIR THE BACK SCREEN DOOR TO PROVIDE A RODENT PROOF DOOR. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
