    Inspector note: Exposed handsink that was in basement food prep area has been removed, only water supply lines and drain pipe remain. Found knife, prep table and slicer with food debris on them. Also, large mixer/grinder in basement. Critical violation. 7-38-030. Must properly re-install exposed handsink or remove all food preparation equipment and utensils from basement.

Must obtain bagged ice from an approved vendor. Tag held for inspection placed on ice machine, when ready fax letter requesting tag removal.

Must caulk or seal opening around conduit that enters building from outside patio wall. Sighted live small flies in bar area and basement prep/storage areas. Also, live ants on floor in kitchen behind freezer. Serious violation. 7-38-020. Must repair/seal front door, eliminate insect activity. Recommended additional service by pest control company.

Kitchen chest freezer lid is rusty and in poor repair. Must repair or replace same. Must replace broken gaskets on two prep reach in coolers doors in kitchen. Provide additional raised shelving to keep stock elevated 6" off floor and to facilitate cleaning (1st floor and basement, including inside walk-in units). Provide and maintain covers for all ice bins. Dish racks for dishmachine are stained and soiled. Must replace same. Must install drain lines for soda gun holders at bar, extend to drain under bar.
