    Inspector note: Observed approximately (3) three live roaches in the kitchen areas near the cook line.Must detail clean and sanitize all affected areas,remove food debris from floor tiles and clean,maintain kitchen floors dry throughout daily and pest control service is now reccomended.Observed approximately 3 exit doors and the over head garage door is not insect/rodent proofed approximately 1/4" mode of entry.Must make the necessary repairs to said doors and make tight fiiting all across the bottoms to prevent pest entry. Serious violation 7-38-020.

Also,the Hobart mixer unit has peeling/chipped paint on exterior surfaces must repair to smooth,easily cleanable surfaces using a non-toxic finish.
