CITATION ISSUED-SERIOUS 7-38-005(A) HELD FOR INSPECTION TAG STILL ON MEAT GRINDER, MUST REPLACE RUSTED INTERNAL PARTS AND BLADE OR REMOVE FROM PREMISES BY CORRECT BY DATE OF 7-9-13.
