    Inspector note: Continued non-compliance i.e. observed live roach activity along the wall where the rolling utility carts are stored,and inside the cluttered 2 door unused cooler same area also live fruit flies where observed on interior compartments beneath the large ovens in the food prep area and in cluttered basement storage areas,inside the employee toilet room.Also,the rear door to the food establishment is not rodent-proofed at bottom middle doors.Instructed to remove electric zapper units installed at ceiling over a food prep work table and on the wall outside the walk-in-cooler in the food prep area.Detail clean,sanitize all affected areas,rodent proof said doors,pest control service now reccomended.

While running and draining water in right side of three compartment sink, water coming up at top and sides of the grease trap box beneath the said sink. Instructed to detail clean grease trap and drainlines to prevent inadequate disposal of waste water.Serious violation 7-38-030. no citation issued.

Must clean and dry elevator shaft. Provide access to west side of basement where elevator descends.
