    Inspector note: Found exposed hand sink in meat cutting walk-in prep area not accessible and not maintained. Hot water pedal not functioning properly (no hot water coming from faucet when pedal pushed). Water temperature at hand sink 51.8F. Hand sink also blocked by mops, squeegee, and hose. Food debris in hand sink basin. Instructed hand sink must be easily accessible and have hot and cold water at all times. Hand sink may only be used for washing hands. Operator opened hot water valve under hand sink to restore hot water to faucet. Pedal is now functioning properly. Hot water restored to 86.1F. Instructed must maintain. Critical violation 7-38-030.
