PREVIOUS SERIOUS VIOLATION FROM REPORT #381343 ON 4/18/11 NOT CORRECTED: 19/01-The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA IS NOT MAINTAINED CLEAN. OBSERVED EXCESSIVE GREASE ON THE GROUND AROUND THE GREASE DUMPSTER AND THE SIDES AND TOP OF THE GREASE DUMPSTER. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT THE GARBAGE AREA MUST BE MAINTAINED CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. MANGEMENT HAD THE EXTERIOR OF THE GREASE DUMPSTER CLEANED DURING THE INSPECTION. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090.
