Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to continue to monitor and clean areas droppings are found. Location did have a deep cleaning done but some droppings found in the basement area. PIC will address and provide pest control reports via email to us. 9-8-23 As discussed please check with pest control company and see if he has made the repairs put on the report. If not address the requests.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: Clean all hood filters on cooking line. Visibly soiled. Hood sticker expired Sept 9th. Please have hood cleaned. 9-1-23 Hood will be cleaned on Sept 7th. 9-8-23 Hood cleaning company came out but could only clean one hood over the cooking line. The pizza hood was to hot to clean. Pizza hood will be cleaned this Monday. Please let me know if this was done.
