Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: PIC will need to review the pest control reports and address the issues noted from the pest inspector. Today I found droppings around the tables and equipment by mops sink stairs to the basement All along the wall in the basement On shelves in basement holding the paper towels around the water heater and fruit flies around leaking old water heater. Please address the areas with a deep cleaning and have pest control come back out. 10-24-24 PIC did have someone on site filling holes and already replaced all door sweeps. Please continue to stay on top of this and send me any new pest control reports. 11-12-24 At this time basement was being cleaned up. Pest control is coming every two weeks. PIC has made a lot of repairs and improvements. PIC will call pest control company to find out what structures in basement will still need to be addressed. 11-22-24 Received a CRM having to do with roaches. PIC has pest control inspecting each week. Notes on reports state some activity arounf sinks in kitchen. Please besure to have the pest control inspect the areas noted on the report and to keep the floor clean and dry.
