Adequate Handwashing/Where/When/HowcriticalInspector note: Improper hand washing during re-inspection observed food handlers leaving work area & returning wearing gloves (multitasking) Sushi bar - One food handler wiping hands on inuse wiping cloth another entering Sushi station from kitchen wearing gloves (did not wash hand and change gloves) before resuming duties. Also picked up dirty wiping cloth that the other employee used to wipe hand and used cloth to wipe down food contact surfaces.
