Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: Raw chicken and beef inside of the 4 drawer cooler with elevated temepratures between 55-63F. Drawer to the unit had been removed in order to clean possibly causing the temperature increase. Ensure all potentailly hazardous foods are being maintained at below 41F. all foods were removed from the unit at the time of the inspection.

Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: 4 Drawer refrigeration unit operating with an elevated temperature of 50F. Could possibly be from the drawer beig removed to be cleaned (as stated by kitchen staff). Discontinue the use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. • Ice build-up observed around the door of the walk-in freezer not alllowing the door to close properly. Clean to remove. Light out above stove top. Replace.
