Discontinue and ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at below 41F. PIC stated that all the foods out of temperature were prepared from the morning around and hour prior. All foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into the walk-in cooler to maintain a temperature of below 41F.
