    Inspector note: Promptly remove any dead or dying fish from the live fish tanks. At least three dead Carp were observed during the inspection. The Carp were floating upside down and no movement was observed within the gill area. Several other questionable fish were observed within the tank below and to the left of the Carp tank. The fish species was not provided on the exterior of the tank.

However the bins and equipment were soiled during the compliance inspection. • Clean the interior surfaces of the refrigerated cases and the vegetable cases. The surfaces were observed to be soiled.
