System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: Hand sink in the main kitchen area not operating properly. Service call is in for repairs to be made. Additional hand sinks are in the proximity in order for kitchen staff to be able to use until repairs have been made. Excess moisture observed on the lower shelf of the 2 door deli cooler in the main kitchen area. Cooler at the far end of the kitchen with excess moisture on the bottom shelf. Both units were operating proeprly at the time of the inspection. Address and make any necessary repairs.
