Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Cardboard observed linning the shleves of the walk-in cooler. Discontinue and ensure all surfaces remain cleanable durable and smooth. Deli style cooler with an elevated temperature of approximately 49F. Discontinue the use of the unit unless it is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. PIC stated that it may be going through a defrost cycle.
