Insects Rodents AnimalsInspector note: Evidence of rodent activity with what appears to be mice droppings in rear dry storage area evident throughout shelving on the floor and on top of dry food storage container of clam fry flour. Instructed PIC to clean and sanitize entire area. No foods appear to be contaminated. Rear door to establishment missing door knob with hole exposed to outside daylight emitting from bottom of both rear doors to establishment. Hole in siding on rear of establishment. Seal all outer openings and potential entry points and provide pest proof door sweeps. Provide an updated detailed IPM pest control report upon reinspection.
