Inspector note: The ice well beside the glass machine is pitched away from the drain and collecting water. Drain flies are breeding in the stagnant water within the ice bin. Shim the legs of the ice well so that it drains properly. This should eliminate the drain fly problem.

Inspector note: Although scoops are available to the bartenders no scoops were observed at the bar. The staff are utilizing tumblers to scoop the ice. In doing so their hands are exposed to the beverage ice. Discontinue the use of tumblers.
