Adequate Handwashing/Where/When/HowcriticalInspector note: Certified Manager will need to review with staff when and were to wash hands. Sinks were blocked. Staff did use cell phone but did not wash hands. I reviewed with PIC to wash hands between tasks.

Location AccessiblecriticalInspector note: Hand sink in prep area blocked with clear bucket wiping clothes and two metal items. Back ware washing area blocked with a large green shelf that will be going into walk in. Hand sink can not be blocked at any time.
