PIC then removed the peas and discarded at the time of the inspection. Ensure proper cooling methods are in place.

Food ProtectionInspector note: Boxes of eggs and chciken stored on ground of walk-in cooler. Discontinue and store elevated at least 6 inches off the ground. Bagof dirty mop heads stored directly next to bucket of open onions. Discontinue and store all food products clean and protected. Hand sink directly next to food preparation sink with no evidence of a preotective barrier. Provide protective barrier to prevent contamination to foods from soiled hands.
