Discontinue and ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at 140F and above. PIC removed and reheated soups to 165F to ensure no bacterial growth.

Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: Cole Slaw inside of the 2 door deli cooler with an elevated temperature of 53F. PIC (Bob) statted the cole slaw had been in the unit over night. PIC to remove all foods out of temperature. Disconitnue the use of the unit if it is unable to maintain a temperature of below 41F and provide an invoice on repairs that have ben made for the re-inspection date.
