Inspector note: Yesterday morning 2/8/26 the cleaners arrived to the establishment and found a pipe behind the convention oven( that has a water hose attached) had burst. There was excessive water damage floor was flooded and some equipment was damaged. They did not loose electricity. Building and electrical did come out today. Not plumbing.

Inspector note: Observed soiled walls ceilings and floors. At the time of the inspection "CLEAN JOE" was here drying the floors. They will be here the rest of the week cleaning. Ensure all kitchen equipment ceiling and floors are sanitized and cleaned.
