Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment (C)Inspector note: ice buildup in white basement freezers. Remove ice buildup inside the freezers. New pizza station refrigerator still has shipping plastic attachedto the exterior of the unit. Remove the shipping plastic.

In the basement clean the floor area behind the white freezer closest to the basement stairs.Remove buildup of debris. On the hot line clean the floor under and next tot the cooking eauipment. Also clean the pipes attached to the cooking equjipment. Remove buildup of grease and soils.
