The bottom surfaces are soiled and sticky. • Main Bar: Clean the following: All of the black shelving and the plastic shelving liner to remove sugary food soil the inside of the drink wells and the inside of the beer chests to remove the broken glass and spoiled spilled beverages at the bottom of the chest. Several of the areas were cleaned for the reinspection on May 16 2008. However free standing liquid was present in the beer chest the counter and shelving in the service areas remained sticky and soiled and residue was visible on several of the clean glasses. • Wait Station beside kitchen: clean the following: all of the black shelving within the service area the glass shelving on the wall opposite the register and all of the shelf liners. A sticky residue is present on all of the surfaces. Several of the areas were cleaned for the reinspection on May 16 2008. However free standing liquid was present in the beer chest the counter and shelving in the service areas remained sticky and soiled and residue was visible on several of the clean glasses.
