Wiping Cloths Clean SanitizeInspector note: The wiping cloths are stored in less than 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer and the manager said the buckets are being changed every four to five hours. Change the buckets every two hours and make sure the sanitizer is at the proper levels.

Installed and MaintainedInspector note: The automatic faucet at the ladies bathroom handsink does not run for 15 seconds. Provide proper time of 15 seconds minimum so employees can properly wash their hands.
